The Whitstable Colouring Book
£10.00
The Whitstable Colouring Book was born because Laura Watson, the yoga teacher and artist behind it, wanted to develop some engaging graphic materials to support the work she does with her local art therapy clients. However, the five or six pages of sea-based animals she started out with, quickly grew into eighty pages covering Whitstable landmarks, various characters from seaside myths and legends, not to mention a whole lot more marine life!
As budding artists and casual colouring fans work their way through the pages, they’ll find a few surprises along the way including a sunken treasure chest and a magic lamp, they’ll also have the chance to record their thoughts in The Ship’s Log.
An avid lover of the beach, and of the seas and oceans in general, Laura has dedicated this book to everybody who enjoys being by the water. She has also decided to give ten percent of the proceeds to marine conservation charity Sea Shepherd UK, Watson feels that she benefits from living by the sea so wanted to give something back.
The Whitstable Colouring Book is printed on 100% recycled card and paper.
