Private yoga sessions

Private yoga sessions mean something different to the individual yogi/yogini. Some people like the more intimate approach to praticing yoga and feel they get more out of a one to one yoga session. Prefering the care and attention given to each asana and feeling like this helps build confidence in their practice. There are so many benefits to be gained through any yoga journey but lets look at what can be gained from a private/one to one yoga session.

  • Time – Most yoga teachers will come to you so it saves your time and helps you to get relaxed and ready for the session ahead.
  • Attention – It’s inevitable if your in a class of 30 then you are more likely to get more personal attention.
  • Variety – You are the main focus for the whole yoga session so you get to influence what the focus is going to be for the rest of the session.
  • Focus – Specification are made on stress, illness, sports injuries and many other requirements
  • Personal – Yoga in your office that can be shared with your friends.
